History:
February 2001: Telemundo buys Los Angeles station KWHY from Harriscope for $239 million.
In July 2011 the station was sold from NBC Universal to The Meruelo Group.
In 2012 the station will join the MundoFox network.
Station joined the MundoFox network for the August 13, 2012 launch. MundoFox was renamed to MundoMax in July 2015.
After the shutdown of the Mundo Max network in December 2016 the station returned to its roots as a Spanish independent station.
